Term

Void

A bet that could not be settled, so the full stake is returned.

Definition

A bet is voided when it cannot be graded: the match was cancelled or abandoned, or no result was published within the settlement window. Crypto Bet Capital returns 100% of the stake and the bet counts against nothing — not the drawdown, not the win rate. In a parlay, a voided leg is removed and the remaining legs settle at their combined odds.

Example

A match postponed after kickoff never produces a result. Every pending bet on it is voided 24 hours later and each stake is credited back in full, leaving the bankroll exactly where it was before the bet.

Why it matters

A void is not a loss and never counts as one. It does, however, mean a pick that produced no information about skill, so it does not advance the minimum-picks requirement either.

    A bet that finishes exactly on its line. The stake is returned in full and the bet counts as neither a win nor a loss.

  • Settlement

    Grading a bet once the match result arrives, crediting or debiting the bankroll and marking the bet won, lost, push or void.
