Important.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Crypto Bet Capital. Read them before paying for a Challenge — they describe a skill-evaluation service, not a betting service, and the difference decides what you are buying.

01What this service is

Crypto Bet Capital is a skill-evaluation service operated by Sharp Technologies. We assess the quality of sports-betting decisions and pay rewards to people who demonstrate skill under our published rules.

We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, or licensed financial services provider. We do not accept, facilitate, or settle real-money wagers, and we hold no stake in the outcome of any sporting event.

Every bet placed inside the platform is recorded against a fully simulated bankroll. Live sportsbook odds are displayed for reference and grading only. You never place money on a sporting outcome, and no sporting outcome can take money from you.

02Who may use it

You may open an account only if all of the following are true.

  • You are at least 18 years old, or 21 where the higher age applies in your jurisdiction.
  • You are acting for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
  • Use of this service is not prohibited by the law that applies where you are.
  • You hold no other account with us. One person, one account.

03The Challenge fee

A Challenge is bought once, in cryptocurrency, for a fixed fee. It is the only payment you ever make to us. There are no deposits, no margin calls, and no way for us to charge you more than the fee you agreed to.

A Challenge is refundable in full until it activates. Once it is active — meaning the evaluation is live and you can place picks — the fee is spent and is not refundable, because the service you paid for has been delivered.

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, sending to the wrong network, or sending an amount that does not match the invoice may cause a permanent loss that we cannot recover for you.

04How evaluation works

A Challenge runs in phases: evaluation, then verification, then a funded account. Each phase has a profit target, drawdown limits, a stake ceiling, and a minimum number of settled picks. The current values are shown on the pricing page and inside your dashboard, and they apply as published at the time your Challenge activates.

At the time of writing: evaluation targets 9% profit over at least 25 settled picks; verification targets 5% over at least 20. Both phases cap any single stake at 3% of the starting bankroll, end on a 12% overall drawdown, lock betting for the rest of the UTC day on a 7% daily drawdown, and require activity at least every 5 days.

Passing also requires a minimum Bettor Score. The score measures decision quality — return, closing-line value, volume consistency, variance control, and edge — so that a single lucky run does not pass an evaluation. Its components and weights are published.

05When a Challenge ends

A Challenge ends immediately, and the account is closed, when the overall drawdown limit is broken, unless a Retry on breach add-on restarts it. It also ends if the account sits inactive beyond the published window, or if a Challenge that carries a time limit reaches it without meeting the target. Two rules work differently: reaching the daily drawdown limit locks betting until 00:00 UTC without ending the Challenge, and a bet above the stake ceiling is refused rather than placed.

Pending picks are counted. A bet that is placed but not yet settled still exposes the bankroll, and a breach that becomes visible when that bet settles is a breach.

A failed Challenge does not entitle you to a refund. Where a discounted retry is offered, it is offered at our discretion and on the terms shown at the time.

06Funded accounts and payouts

On a funded account you keep 80% of the simulated profit you generate. Payouts are rewards for demonstrated skill, measured against our published rules. They are not winnings from a wager, and they are not investment returns.

The first payout may be requested after 10 days on the funded account, and subsequent payouts every 7 days. Requests are reviewed before they are paid, and per-payout and daily limits apply.

Identity verification is required before a payout is released. We use a third-party identity provider for this. A payout can be withheld while a verification, a fraud review, or a rule dispute is open.

You are responsible for any tax arising on amounts we pay you, and for declaring them where you live. We do not give tax advice.

07Conduct that ends an account

The evaluation only means something if it measures your judgement. The following void a Challenge, forfeit any unpaid balance, and may result in a permanent ban.

  • Holding or controlling more than one account, including through friends, family, or other people acting for you.
  • Coordinating with others to hedge opposite sides of the same market across accounts.
  • Exploiting stale odds, latency, pricing errors, or platform faults instead of reporting them.
  • Automating placement, scraping, or otherwise interacting with the platform other than through the interface we provide.
  • Giving false identity information, or using someone else's identity or payment details.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account while we investigate a suspected breach, and close it if the breach is confirmed. Where an account is suspended for review, we will say so and we will not leave it open-ended without explanation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing an account does not refund an active Challenge fee.

09Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Odds feeds, payment processors, and identity providers are third-party services and can fail independently of us. Where a platform fault affects a Challenge, tell us and we will review it on the facts.

We may change these terms. Material changes will be dated here and, where they affect a Challenge already running, applied only from the next Challenge you buy.

10Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the Challenge fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or the value of a simulated bankroll.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [Governing jurisdiction — to be completed], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
